Amacı:

Many activities are carried out to protect the World Cultural Heritage. For this purpose, issues and regulations have been issued. Many archaeological sites are under protection. However, many cultural assets outside the conservation area are revealed during the foundation excavations of the constructions. World cultural assets are destroyed during unscientific or conscious excavation works. Many values that shed light on our history are disappearing.

Application:

In all construction works, it is the presence of cultural heritage authorities during the basic excavation. Thus, if there are archaeological artifacts, fossils, Movable or Immovable cultural assets that will come to light by chance during the excavations, they will be determined and the necessary institutions will be notified.
